The Downtown

In the center of the city is the downtown area, each Alliance's territories touching the edges of this neutral area, with the North's amusement park looming up in the North, visible, bleak and dark in the distance on clear nights. Here is where the Alliance leaders meet once a month to discuss in peace all issues and faults within their city, and yearly, new comrades are chosen to have the honor to attend the meetings, and hear as an audience what is happening within all alliances.
